Help - my subscription is frozen and I don’t know what to do

If you are a BackThen subscriber on Google, and your monthly subscription is due, Google will attempt to take payment, but if after a few days that fails (usually due to a card expiry), then instead of immediately cancelling your subscription, Google puts you in 'frozen' mode, which means your subscription needs to be fixed.

The good news is that this is easy to do!

Simply head to your Google Play payment settings and update your card details, Google will attempt to take payment, and when you come back to BackThen your subscription should automatically reactivate.
