I’m not 100% happy with my prints. What should I do?
We care deeply about the quality of our products. If there’s something you’re not happy with please contact us within 14 days of the date of receipt. Email us at email@example.com or submit a support request with your order number, a description and ideally a clear photograph of the issue.
We will offer a full refund or reprint at no extra cost to you if there are printing faults or damage to your order.
Whilst we do everything we can to make the order process easy and ensure you get the best prints possible, unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for user generated mistakes, order errors, or poor image quality from low resolution images. Please take care to double-check your order and delivery address is correct before you check out.
