How do I redeem a print voucher?
It’s easy to redeem a print voucher from within the BackThen app.
- In the app, tap the printer icon in the top right-hand corner
- Choose a print product
- Select, edit & review your photos
- Tap the basket
- Tap ‘Redeem code’
- Enter your X digit code and ‘save’
- Complete check out
You can redeem your voucher code as soon as you have an item in your basket. If you empty your basket, you will have to enter the code again.
How do I add multiple print products to my order?
Once you’ve added your first print product to your basket, tap the cross symbol in the top right corner. This returns you to the main print page where you can choose another product. Add each order to the basket before going back. Keep going until you’re finished.
How long do you keep orders in the basket?
It takes time to choose the right prints and life is full of little distractions, so we keep orders in your basket for 30 days. We’ll send you a reminder before they’re automatically removed.
Can I order print products through the website www.backthen.com?
Right now, all our print products are available to order via the iOS and Android BackThen apps only.
How many times can I use the print voucher?
The voucher code can only be redeemed once, against a single order. Please email support@backthen.app if you need support.
Does the voucher cover postage?
If there is credit remaining on the voucher after you’ve chosen your print products, it can cover all or part of the delivery fees too.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all UK addresses.
