Why haven’t I got my export email?
When you request a BackThen timeline export, we gather up all your original files (which can be quite large), package them up into manageable ZIP files, and once done email you a link to each file.
This process can take some time as there is some heavy operational work behind the scenes, but most timelines can be exported within 24 hours (much sooner for smaller timelines). If you have thousands of memories, it may take up to 48 hours but if it goes beyond this, please get in touch.
