How do I cancel my VIP subscription/membership?

For monthly VIP subscriptions:

You can cancel your monthly VIP subscription through Apple or Google subscription settings, depending on which you used to upgrade originally.

For annual VIP subscriptions:

To cancel your annual VIP subscription, find your subscription confirmation email. This email contains a specific link to manage your subscription, including cancellation options.

Can't find your confirmation email? Please contact our support team at support@backthen.com who can help you with the process.

What happens after cancellation?

  • You'll continue to enjoy VIP benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • If your storage exceeds the free 1GB allowance, you won't be able to add new memories unless you rejoin VIP
  • All your existing memories remain safe and accessible up to 60 days after
