I can’t find the print icon in the BackThen app?

Print is available to all iOS and Android users in the UK, and the United States & Canada, and now Europe (iOS only initially). The print icon has been replaced by a gift icon. If the gift icon or any print options are missing, first ensure you have the latest version of the BackThen app, version 1.9.3 and above for iOS and 1.43.0 for Android.

The gift icon is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen and when you tap any photo in the timeline. Still can’t find it? Please email us at support@backthen.app.
