Can I change page layouts?

Yes and no! Layouts are chosen automatically based on the number and shape of photos on each page. Remember, we automatically group and order photos by date and event. As you move photos around or change a photo’s shape, the layout updates dynamically.

For some photo combinations (for example, three square photos), you can choose between two layout options. Others (such as three landscape photos) may have only one layout option. When alternative layouts are available, the layout icon becomes active — tap it to open the panel and select another design.

Note: We’ll be adding more layout options next year.
